Accounting Support Specialist
Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) | 40 hours/week |


We're looking for a detailoriented Accounting Support Specialist to assist with accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with large Excel files and following established procedures.



Key Responsibilities

• Export large data sets into Excel and import files into an accounting system
• Contact venues and hotels to obtain supporting receipts for corporate credit card charges
• Review receipts to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy

• Comfortable working with large Excel files and basic data manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
• Not intimidated by highvolume data or administrative followups
• Prior general ledger experience is not required, but preferred

• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid schedule (1-2 days in office)
• Start date approximately one week after candidate selection
