Accounts Payable Assistant


We're hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant who will also support general office administration. This role helps ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and smooth daily office operations.



Responsibilities

• Scan and enter invoices into the accounting system with proper approvals and coding
• Process weekly payments via check and electronic methods
• Maintain organized Accounts Payable records
• Provide administrative support and assist with inventory reconciliations
• Help resolve processing and administrative issues as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Strong computer skills a plus , including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detailoriented, organized, and dependable
