The Advanced Manufacturing Rotational Internship Program is a paid, year-long development experience designed for rising high-school seniors who want to build technical skills, explore career paths, and gain meaningful experience before graduation. The program begins with an 8-week summer rotation focused on learning and exploring, followed by three 8-week project rotations during the Fall and Spring that are designed to accommodate your school schedule.
Rising high-school seniors who are part of a career/technical program, such as a career center, that allows work placement. Students who are curious about manufacturing and skilled trades; including mechanical, electrical, or other technical concepts and careers. Students seeking real-world experience and long-term career opportunities through hands-on learning.
Technical knowledge in manufacturing and skilled trades. Hands-on project experience completing real tasks and projects. Stronger understanding of your desired career path. Career-readiness skills including communication, teamwork & problem-solving. Improved confidence working in fast-paced, professional environments. Experience that sets you apartand potential for full-time employment after graduation (depending on business need).

Physical Requirements:
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is provided and required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, coolant, or airborne particles and will work near moving mechanical parts.
