Job Description

We’re seeking to connect an Agile Scrum Program Manager with a leading technology organization on a direct hire basis. The role is hybrid and located in Atlanta, GA. As an Agile Scrum Program Manager, you will join a passionate team dedicated to driving organizational agility and success across cross‑functional programs. Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate program‑level planning sessions and manage program increment (PI) planning along with quarterly business reviews. Identify, manage, and communicate program‑level dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams. Champion best practices in Agile/Scrum, coaching Scrum Masters and team members to improve effectiveness. Lead Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives within the program. Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and executive leadership, managing stakeholder communication and expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A‑CSM) is highly desired; additional certifications (SAFe, PMI‑ACP, PSM) preferred. 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years in agile program management. Proven success in leading agile transformations in complex, multi‑team environments. Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile tools such as Jira.
