What Youll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances from various manufacturers, adhering to all guidelines and requirements.
• Collaborat e with a team of skilled technicians internal and external to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily paperwork and perform parts lookups
• Create a welcoming service environment in customers' homes, delivering not just repairs but an exceptional service experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean record; must pass a background check (no felonies).
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency to navigate web-based technology
• Household appliance experience including sealed systems.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Occasionally required to stretch, climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
