Cable Assembler – Entry Level (1st Shift)

$15/hour | Paid Training | Full‑Time

Looking for steady, hands‑on work? Join a growing manufacturing team as an Entry‑Level Cable Assembler . No extensive experience required — we’re willing to train reliable candidates who enjoy working with their hands and following instructions.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble cables and wire harnesses using step‑by‑step instructions
• Use basic hand tools like crimpers, cutters, and heat guns
• Apply labels and heat‑shrink materials
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work as part of a supportive production team

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry‑level candidates welcome
• Some experience with assembly or hand tools is a plus, not required
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Paid training provided
• Overtime opportunities available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
