We are seeking a CDL A heavy equipment operator that has experience with concrete pump trucks, putzmeister conveyor trucks or mounted cranes for a great direct hire position with our partner in Waukesha!
Projects will consist of residential concrete walls and foundation work in Waukesha, Jefferson, Dodge, Washington and Walworth Counties. This is year-round work. Pay ranges from $32-40/hour DOE, no per diem. Work is first shift starting around 6am to 7am, M-F, overtime may be offered.
Benefits include 1 week paid vacation, 5 paid holidays, 2 annual bonuses dependent on profitability, 401k with 3% match, and potential for health care reimbursement for employees with their own qualified plan.
Qualified candidates must have: -Valid CDL Class A Driver's license. -At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. -Clean MVR. -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. -Experience with concrete pump trucks.
