Overview Established mid-sized law firm is expanding and hiring a Corporate Paralegal. This is a permanent position with full benefits. Salary is estimated Full benefits and other incentives. Remote option after training if desired. Responsibilities The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships with government agencies. Assist or manage the process for entity formation and governance, elements of asset and business purchases and M&A transactions. The Paralegal will work closely with experienced Corporate Attorneys in a busy department.
