We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Rep/experienced liquor delivery driver to join our team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including vans. Will also be required to work the counter and stock store when not delivering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
• Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip.
• Customer service/pos/stocking

Skills

• Experience with route driving and commercial driving is preferred.
• Clean driving record and current drivers license
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting, as required by the job duties.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation.
• Customer service/pos knowledge/cash handling
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
