Dispatcher / Traffic Clerk

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Traffic Clerk to support daily logistics and driver coordination. This role is key to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining clear communication between drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily driver schedules and delivery routes to ensure on-time service
Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch systems to provide instructions and real-time updates
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of dispatch activities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on deliveries

Qualifications

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to answer and manage a high volume of phone calls professionally
Comfortable communicating with both customers and drivers in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch systems
