E-commerce Operations Marketing Coord

The E-commerce Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day performance, quality, and reliability of our e-commerce websites. This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious about how websites work behind the scenes, and excited to grow in e-commerce operations. You'll work closely with the E-commerce team, IT partners, and third-party vendors to help identify issues, track resolutions, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor e-commerce websites to ensure functionality, accuracy, and overall quality
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking website bugs or functionality issues
  • Submit, update, and follow up on IT tickets to support timely issue resolution
  • Help test website features, fixes, and enhancements across devices and browsers
  • Act as a point of coordination between the e-commerce team, IT, and third-party partners
  • Support updates and basic maintenance for third-party platforms such as Yotpo, OneTrust, Narvar, Qualtrics, and Bloomreach
  • Assist with content and product updates while developing an understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • Maintain organized documentation of issues, updates, and processes
  • Support ongoing site improvements and operational initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital operations, or website management
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving the shopping, purchasing, and post-purchase experience
  • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality-checking skills
  • Solid understanding of how websites and online platforms function, with a curiosity to learn more technically
  • Comfortable working with tickets, tasks, and tracking systems to manage issues and updates
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to identify patterns and trends
  • Basic project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including solid Excel skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools, platforms, and processes

Nice To Have:

  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms or CMS tools
  • Familiarity with QA testing, bug tracking, or IT ticketing systems
  • Interest in analytics, UX, or digital merchandising
  • Rapid and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)

Hybrid The Best of Both Worlds

Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You'll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. While on-site, join other team members in the spacious Quad for lunch or enjoy our ongoing wellness activities.
