In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in bringing electronic products from concept through production. You will oversee product development, manage project risks, and ensure smooth transitions into manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product development projects
• Perform project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct thorough product testing and validation
• Lead the transition of projects from engineering to full-scale production
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet project timelines and objectives

Qualifications

• Strong experience in electronic design and manufacturing
• Proven mechanical aptitude
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
