MM is a global leader in consumer packaging. The Group provides packaging solutions for cartonboard and folding cartons with an attractive offer in kraft papers, uncoated fine papers, leaflets and labels. Your Role

• You will prepare cost estimates using current costing parameters including raw materials and production performance.
• You will generate and analyze pricing derived from cost estimates to support quoting and bid preparation.
• You will develop and maintain customer pricing matrices when required.
• You will collaborate with customer service, sales teams, and internal and external customers to support project requirements.
• You will assist with sales presentations when pricing or cost analysis support is required.
• You will review pricing discrepancies and resolve issues related to estimates or quotations.
• You will work with production teams to understand cost drivers and manufacturing considerations.
• You will assist in preparing job costing analysis used during monthly financial reviews.
• You are passionate about tracking and maintaining metrics related to department service levels and workflow throughput.

Your Profile

• You have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred.

• You have already gained at least two years of related experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

• You have the ability to read and comprehend work instructions.

• You have already gained experience in pharmaceutical printing or folding carton industries (preferred).

• You think and act independently.

• You have the ability to evaluate structural drawings and technical layouts.

• You have the ability to read and interpret customer specifications.

• You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• You have a strong awareness of time constraints and production timelines.

• You have a general understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) related to pharmaceutical printed components.

• You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• You communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
