Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Event Marketing Assistant to join our fundraising and promotional events team. In this role, you will represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at live events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing live fundraising and promotional events
• Represent nonprofit clients at events, retail locations, and community activations

• Educate potential donors on nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
• Support donor acquisition, sponsorship outreach, and engagement efforts
• Help achieve daily and weekly fundraising and marketing targets
