This position will be the owner of the FP&A portion of the OneStream environment for MiniMed. Rolling up to the broader OneStream platform owner, this role is positioned within the Finance controllership function. It will be supported by a finance systems analyst and needs to work very closely with our Close and Consolidations OneStream Owner, Metadata management lead, and global FP&A functions. This role provides great visibility to senior leadership, globally and is critical to meeting our Planning and reporting requirements. This position will also support our World Wide Revenue dashboards. This is a unique opportunity to help optimize Finance Systems platforms from the start.

This role will be hybrid, based onsite in either Northridge, CA or Minneapolis, MN. Remote work may be considered in other locations for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

OneStream admin for FPA

  • Maintain and enhance systems logic: data management jobs, mapping, security, workflows, security groups and end user provisioning, cube views, financial report creation/maintenance, inbound integrations (Workday), outbound integrations (Databricks/file), dynamic calcs and business rules
  • Accountable for data accuracy for Management Reporting
  • Support metadata update owner within EPMWare for FPA needs
  • Primary point of contact for FPA user support relative to OneStream: Training sessions/office hours, QuickView enablement, matrixed security, dataflow and snapshot timing,
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and help drive alignment with broader systems strategy
  • Adhere to all Audit and Sox controls that impact FPA: familiarity pulling logs, upgrade testing, etc., following established change management process.
  • Work with FPA process leads to ensure system readiness per shared calendar: compensation drivers, ASP/LBM loads, forecast/plan snapshots, etc.
  • Engage with managed service provider and OneStream for technical support
  • Partner with IT and broader business partners on projects as defined

World Wide Revenue (WWR) support

  • Support WWR platform in partnership with Finance Systems lead: PowerBI, data management jobs, hierarchy alignment, security
  • Ensure timely and accurate data flows
  • Partner with global FPA for driver loads and maintenance processes
  • Ensure security alignment and confidentiality of data
  • Primary point of contact with IT for this solution

Backup for other team members

  • Cross train with other team members to ensure continuous availability of platform

Must Have: Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems
  • Or, advanced degree and 8+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Systems

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of OneStream Admin experience or 5+ years of experience as a Hyperion or Essbase administrator
  • Demonstrated system ownership and clear understanding of metadata / masterdata importance
  • High attention to detail for data accuracy and timeliness
  • Finance background and experience working in FPA
  • Experience with green field EPM solution implementations
  • OneStream certification
  • MSQL query creation
  • Visual Basic
  • PowerBI administration
  • Power Automate

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$132,000.00 - $198,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
