Job Title: Front of House Manager
Location: Nederland, TX
Job Type: Full-Time (Evening Schedule)

Position Summary:
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining room and service staff during evening operations. We're looking for a trainable, motivated leader who is hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of inspiring a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house operations and ensure smooth, efficient service

• Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high standards

• Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism

• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and dining room readiness

Qualifications:

• Prior full-service restaurant management experience required

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused

• Available to work evenings, 5 days a week

• Professional attitude with a focus on hospitality and team development
