About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts to clients of all ages but specifically children from first haircut to fourteen years old.
• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and barbering.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the salon.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Alabama.
• Proven experience as a stylist or barber with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
