Hardware Services Technician , you will be working on a team responsible for supporting and maintaining the technology our clients use to run their businesses. What you'll do: - Travel to the client sites to identify and resolve issues
- Help to maintain and support our client's technology
- Perform hardware/software installation
- Provide advice and support to our clients and your teammates
- Provide technical consultation
- Image and repair computer systems
What you should have: - Experience as an IT Support, IT Field Technician, or any IT-related field
- High energy and high level of curiosity
- Fix internship to internships or prior work experience
- Customer service experience
- Passion and capacity for learning
- Technology skills and an ability to quickly understand new technology
- Good communication skills
- A polite, friendly demeanor
- The ability to create basic documentation
- Fundamental Windows and networking technical knowledge
- A passion for helping others by sharing your knowledge of technology
