You navigate cross-functional relationships with professionalism and discretion, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and adapt with agility, applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and support high-performing, well-orchestrated operations.What you will do:Supports the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department, ensuring priorities, workflows, and initiatives are organized, tracked, and executed efficiently.Manages financial and administrative processes with precision, including billing, budgeting, and expense tracking, while maintaining accurate and compliant records.Serves as a key resource for legal technology, coordinating system access, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements in partnership with IT and vendors.Maintains structured, compliant document management practices, ensuring legal records are organized, accessible, and aligned with established standards and retention requirements.What you offer:Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in legal operations, business administration, public administration, or a related field.3+ years of professional office administration experience; legal office experience preferred, with exposure to legal operations or administrative functions.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.Technically proficient and adaptable, with experience supporting legal technology systems and a proven collaborative, team-oriented approach.Collaboration with colleagues at all levels of leadership from all different disciplines, from Aviation to Maritime and beyond.
