ABOUT US: We are a top-performing Allstate agency ranked in the top 5% nationwide for two consecutive years. We are growing and looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) producer who is hungry, coachable, and ready to build real income serving a community that genuinely needs a trusted advocate. We serve two communities exceptionally well Stamford's high-net-worth households and our growing Latino community. COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES - Competitive base pay + uncapped commission your ceiling is your effort
- $500 sign-on bonus for producing 100 items within your first 90 days
- Monthly performance bonuses + quarterly bonus opportunities

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Handle live inbound and outbound quotes with urgency close on the first call whenever possible.
- Serve high-net-worth households with consultative, needs-based coverage conversations across auto, home, umbrella, and commercial lines.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with Spanish- and English-speaking clients in-person and by phone.
- Conduct coverage reviews and proactively cross-sell to protect clients' full financial picture.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stay current on Allstate products and compliance requirements.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Fluent in Spanish and English spoken and written fluency is essential for the clients we serve
- Active CT P&C or Personal Lines license preferred or seriously committed to getting licensed before your start date
- Minimum 6 months proven sales experience you know how to generate business and close deal.
- Insurance sales experience is a strong plus, but not required we will teach the product to the right person
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills comfortable on the phone and in person
