Job Description
Description: Klarus Home Health is looking for PRN / Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN / LVN) to join our dedicated team to provide community-based care for our patients currently receiving home health services in the Arlington, TX area and surrounding regions.
The primary function of the LPN / LVN is to provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence. The LPN / LVN will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family, and referring agency to ensure the best patient outcomes.
