Membership Services Coordinator

Albany, NY

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Membership Services Coordinator for our client located in Albany, NY. Are you a highly organized, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional member experiences? We are seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to support professional and nonprofit associations by managing membership programs, communications, and engagement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening member connections, driving recruitment and retention efforts, and supporting impactful association programs. This position is full-time, direct hire and in-office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members nationwide
• Process membership applications, renewals, and recruitment campaigns
• Maintain accurate member data in an association management system
• Track and report on membership growth and engagement metrics
• Develop and implement member recruitment and retention initiatives
• Represent the association at conferences and key events
• Support scholarship programs, sponsor relationships, and annual conferences
• Collaborate with leadership and board members to advance membership strategy

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of related experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
• Experience in associations, nonprofits, or volunteer-driven organizations is a plus

Salary

$55,000-$70,000 + Benefits
