DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Multimedia Director, the Motion Graphics Artist is a creative and detail oriented artist and technician to join our growing creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating compelling motion graphics that enhance brand storytelling across digital, social, and multimedia platforms. You'll work closely with our video editors, art directors, and other creatives to create eye-catching visual content that connects with our audience and reinforces our brand identity.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in an agency, brand, or content-driven environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with 3D tools is a plus.
Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of typography, color, and composition in motion.
Proven ability to conceptualize and execute animations from storyboard to final render.
Portfolio showcasing a variety of motion work, including brand-driven and storytelling pieces.
Familiarity with sound design and syncing audio to motion.
Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and animate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects for a wide range of video content, including social media, product videos, branded content, and internal communications.
Collaborate with creative leads, designers, and editors to develop motion treatments and style frames that align with campaign goals.
Translate abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives using animation and kinetic typography.
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries with fresh, innovative ideas.
Work on a variety of content types and formats, including vertical, square, and 16:9, optimized for various public-facing platforms.
Assist with video editing and post-production tasks when needed.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while ensuring high standards of quality.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
