Requirements

Possess solid translation skills in Thai / Italian / Indonesian, capable of producing text translations that fit the game context, use accurate terminology, and sound natural and idiomatic.

Able to stably deliver a daily output of 3,500 Chinese characters for translation or 7,000 Chinese characters for proofreading.

Passionate about video games, with a gamer's linguistic intuition and the ability to understand game text in context.

Responsible and diligent, able to communicate smoothly via text online, and capable of reliably meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in game localization, translation, proofreading, or LQA.

Familiar with spreadsheet/document processing, CAT tools, or other localization aids.

Intermediate English reading ability to understand relevant requirements and materials.

Work Arrangement

Remote work or office-based in Shanghai – specific arrangement to be discussed (remote option to be determined after interview).

8 hours per day, during which you must remain reachable online (working hours can be adjusted based on the candidate's time zone).

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the localization translation of the company's product portfolio and marketing content.

Responsible for testing localized content for the company's product portfolio to ensure quality presentation of such content in the games.

Assist in collecting and organizing localization-related issues, providing feedback, and following up on fixes.
