Our internship program provides students and aspiring hospitality professionals with the opportunity to gain real‑world experience across several hotel departments, including Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Food & Beverage. Throughout the program, interns will work alongside experienced hospitality leaders, develop valuable professional skills, and gain insight into the day‑to‑day operations of a full‑service hotel. This is a great opportunity to explore different career paths within the hospitality industry while contributing to a fun, collaborative, and fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Gain hands‑on experience by supporting daily operations within assigned hotel departments such as Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Food & Beverage. Assist department leaders with administrative tasks, projects, and operational initiatives. Participate in cross‑departmental learning opportunities to gain a well‑rounded understanding of hotel operations. Support team members in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards. Assist with organizing team member engagement activities, meetings, and events when applicable. Conduct basic research, data entry, reporting, and project support as assigned by department leaders. Observe and learn key hospitality management practices including guest relations, team member relations, and operational efficiency. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude while working in a fast‑paced hotel environment. Attend scheduled training sessions, meetings, and development opportunities throughout the internship program. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred. Strong interest in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
