The wheelchair attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth navigation and comfort of passengers by assisting them throughout the airport, handling wheelchair equipment with care, prioritizing safety, and delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and compassion for individuals with diverse needs.
