Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Division is recruiting for our law firm client- Paralegal – Intellectual Property - Foreign Filing Our law firm client is seeking a skilled, detail‑driven IP Paralegal to support its Intellectual Property Group with a focus on foreign patent prosecution . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at managing deadlines, and delivers precise, high‑quality work. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite weekly in one of the listed offices. What You’ll Do Manage and track foreign and U.S. patent prosecution deadlines Prepare and file U.S. provisional and non‑provisional applications Support attorneys with foreign/PCT filings and related formalities Prepare cost estimates, legalization documents, and correspondence Communicate with clients, foreign agents, and government agencies Maintain accurate records, filings, and documentation Assist with transfer‑in/transfer‑out audits and docket reviews What You Bring 5+ years of IP paralegal experience (U.S. & foreign filings required) Strong knowledge of international patent rules and U.S. practice Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision Proficiency in Microsoft Office , online filing systems, and research tools High integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail Compensation $80,000 – $110,000 If you have the expertise and drive to contribute to the Intellectual Property team, we encourage you to apply and join a firm that champions innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
