OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

PRIVATE WEALTH COORDINATOR

Full-Time/In-Person/ Capital Region

Fusco Personnel is assisting a growing financial services firm in the Capital Region who is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support client service, account administration, and daily operational workflows in a fast-paced office environment.

This role works closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests, account processing, reporting support, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting client onboarding and account maintenance
  • Process operational requests including fund transfers, ACH setup, wires, required distributions, and other cash movement activities
  • Coordinate with custodians and outside institutions to resolve account and transfer issues
  • Monitor pending transactions and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
  • Maintain accurate client and operational records within CRM and reporting systems
  • Assist with reporting, billing support, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities
  • Support workflow development, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional office operations
  • Deliver responsive, professional service while handling confidential financial information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage operations, or a professional services environment required
  • Familiarity with account administration, financial operations, or investment support functions preferred
  • Experience using CRM, portfolio management, or financial reporting systems is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $70-90k
