Job Description
We need an extremely organized- patient- and knowledgable office manager to help us continue to run and organize our business using the latest technology. (quickbooks- spreadsheets- share point- onedrive)
This is an in person job for we have lots of receipts to scan and file anmd use a central computer.
A lot of this online working requires all kinds of varification and authenticating and we would like to use our office computer where all the access is located.
Be open minded- be flexible- be open to change and adapting and learning the latest and best technology thats out there to keep us operating efficiently.
As you can see- there is a IT component to the job. We do not train or want a book keeper who is set in thier ways using old antiquated practises.
We need someone at least 1-2 days a week.
