Job Description

Sales and Marketing Specialist

As our Sales and Marketing Specialist at First Onsite, you'll be the driving force behind local growth across a multi-state region. Working closely with approximately 20 business developers and regional sales and operations teams, you'll own the creation and execution of regional marketing plans that directly impact revenue, sector priorities, and growth goals. You'll identify opportunities, design localized campaigns, and adapt tactics based on market feedback - all while operating with meaningful autonomy. This is a hands-on, creative role where your ideas and execution make a tangible impact every day.

You'll also collaborate with our global marketing team, leveraging brand standards, toolkits, and resources to maintain message consistency across markets while tailoring campaigns for your region. Success in this role requires building strong relationships across sales, operations, branch leadership, and cross-functional partners, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and love bringing marketing strategies to life, this role puts you at the center of driving real regional impact.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Regional Growth:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with sales priorities, adjusting tactics based on performance and market feedback
  • Localize national campaigns for regional execution while maintaining consistent messaging
  • Create region-specific materials using Canva, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Office; champion tools that drive creative autonomy
  • Manage regional email campaigns, social media channels, branch pages, and digital initiatives including SEO and event promotion
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing and sales collateral and coordinate specialized support from global marketing (PR, paid media, thought leadership)

Sales Enablement & Business Development Support:

  • Partner with business developers to craft sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, platforms, and resources
  • Assist with Salesforce-related campaign tracking, lead capture, and regional reporting

Event & Trade Shows:

  • Own regional Continuing Education (CE) programs: scheduling, materials, communications, and attendance tracking
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events end-to-end
  • Identify and recommend regional event opportunities aligned with business priorities

Reporting & Insights:

  • Measure and report on marketing and event performance, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness
  • Track budgets and provide actionable recommendations to improve regional marketing impact

Community & Brand Presence:

  • Represent the company at regional community, industry, and business events
  • Support sponsorships, charitable involvement, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence and reputation

Travel & Collaboration:

  • Travel to events (~10%) and partner with SVP of Sales and regional leaders to align marketing plans with growth goals

Experience & Education:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, communications, event coordination, or a related role
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional or geographically distributed teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, or continuing education programs, preferred
