As our Sales and Marketing Specialist at First Onsite, you'll be the driving force behind local growth across a multi-state region. Working closely with approximately 20 business developers and regional sales and operations teams, you'll own the creation and execution of regional marketing plans that directly impact revenue, sector priorities, and growth goals. You'll identify opportunities, design localized campaigns, and adapt tactics based on market feedback - all while operating with meaningful autonomy. This is a hands-on, creative role where your ideas and execution make a tangible impact every day.
You'll also collaborate with our global marketing team, leveraging brand standards, toolkits, and resources to maintain message consistency across markets while tailoring campaigns for your region. Success in this role requires building strong relationships across sales, operations, branch leadership, and cross-functional partners, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and love bringing marketing strategies to life, this role puts you at the center of driving real regional impact.
