Potential Shifts Available effective 3/26/2026 (all shifts are offered based on business need)
• Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm ($16.00/hr)
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30am-5:00pm ($16.00/hr)
• Saturday-Tuesday: 7:00am-5:30pm ($16.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential)
ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our fan experience, responsible for making sure the right gear gets to the right fans at the right time. You'll pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment. With your attention to detail and commitment to teamwork, you'll help ensure Fanatics delivers excellence every single time.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: • Pick and pack orders with precision and speed to meet fan expectations
• Scan items using RF technology to ensure order accuracy
• Handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout your shift
• Receive, store, and organize inventory, keeping work areas clean, safe, and efficient
• Follow Fanatics' standards and procedures to meet safety and quality goals
• Support your team with a can-do attitude and a determination to succeed together
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: • A passion for teamwork and a relentless drive to get the job done right
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Fluency in English reading and verbal communication is required
