Role and Responsibilities ServiceNow Developer with a passion for growth and innovation. The ideal candidate provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s such as HR/ITSM/ITOM of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform. Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views. Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed. Primary Skills:
- Experience in creating applications using ServiceNow Studio

- Create application files such as modules, tables, and scripts

- Write, test, and debug client-side and server-side scripts


- Secure applications against access by unauthorized users and applications

- Experience in automating application processes with work-flows, Send and receive notifications in ServiceNow

- Generating and respond to events


- Usage of application properties to modify application behavior dynamically

- Usage of REST for outbound and inbound integrations

- Importing data from external data sources

You will work closely across the CIC network to delight our customers with leading edge solutions with a keen focus on quality and client satisfaction. In addition to strong collaboration across the team, you will be virtually integrated into our deep learning and knowledge program as well as employee engagement across NA.


All resources in our CIC network may be requested to travel depending on specific client project needs. US Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and client relationship building at the client site, as well as subsequent travel for key milestones or project initiatives. Travel is generally no more than 50% of the time. Preferred locations:
Bentonville, Fayetteville, Fort Smith & Little Rock AR; Durant OK; Memphis TN; and Tyler TX


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field.

- 3 years ServiceNow Developer experience


- ServiceNow Certified Admin

- ServiceNow Certified Developer


- English: Fluent Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


All of the above requirements, plus the below:
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified


- Certified Application Developer - CAD

- Any of following Micro Certifications from SNOW: Agent Intelligence/Virtual Agent/Performance Analytics Certification

- RPA/Watson Specialization
