Join Our Team as a Shipping Coordinator! Irvine, CA Pay: $24- $26/ hour Receive materials, manage inventory, fulfill orders, coordinate shipments, and help keep warehouse operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• • Pick, pack, and ship customer and production orders with accuracy.
  • Coordinate daily shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers.
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Schedule pickups and track outbound shipments.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
  • Label, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining FIFO standards.
  • Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read pick lists, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Comfortable using computers and ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and inventory traceability.
