Join Our Team as a Sign & Graphics Installer at Signarama! Are you skilled with tools, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment? As a Sign & Graphics Installer at Signarama, you’ll help bring our customers’ brands to life by installing signs and graphics and applying vinyl to a variety of substrates and vehicles. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works with a sense of urgency, and can maintain excellent quality while moving quickly between projects. Experience completing full-color-change automotive wraps is highly preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately prep surfaces and install a variety of signage, including window graphics, wall graphics, dimensional lettering, panels, banners, post-and-panel signs, and exterior signage.
Vinyl Application: Prepare surfaces and professionally apply cut vinyl, printed vinyl, decals, and graphics to substrates such as aluminum composite panels, corrugated plastic, acrylic, windows, walls, and other materials.
Vehicle Graphics: Prepare surfaces and Install vinyl lettering, decals, spot graphics, partial wraps, and printed wraps on cars, trucks, vans, trailers, and other vehicles
Experience with full vehicle wraps is highly preferred. Fast-Paced Workflow: Manage multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, and complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and workmanship.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work for proper placement, alignment, adhesion, trimming, finish quality, and overall appearance.
Technical Proficiency: Safely use and maintain ladders, drills, heat guns, squeegees, knives, measuring tools, and other hand and power tools required for installations and vinyl application.
Site Assessment: Evaluate installation locations to ensure proper fitting, positioning, visibility, and durability, making adjustments when necessary.
Customer Interaction: Work professionally with customers during installations, answer basic questions, and address onsite concerns appropriately.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to confirm specifications, materials, measurements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Shop Support: Assist with vinyl weeding, masking, laminating, trimming, mounting, and other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with sign installation, vinyl application, vehicle graphics, automotive restyling, or a related trade is preferred
- Experience performing full vehicle wraps or color-change wraps is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to apply vinyl smoothly and accurately while minimizing bubbles, wrinkles, lifting, and visible seams
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work quickly, stay productive, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and shift between projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in the field
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to read measurements and follow installation layouts, templates, and production specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift more than 80 pounds, climb ladders, work at varying heights, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
