Job Description

Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our new retail location in Allen, TX. This role drives retail sales through outstanding customer service, effective inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the Store Manager oversees recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of store employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain company standards for merchandise presentation and in-store experience.
  • Partner with the sales planning team to maintain appropriate product levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for exempt and non-exempt store roles.
  • Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through training and performance management.
  • Deliver corrective action and counseling when performance standards are not met.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Retail Operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of related management experience, or 3 years as a Store Manager.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Working Conditions
  • Retail store environment.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Occasional travel required.
