Tool & Model Maker Location: North Side of Chicago, IL Pay: $30-$42/hour + Sign-On Bonus Type: Direct Hire My name is Erik, and I work with Sterling Engineering. We are partnered with a well-established, 100+ year manufacturing company on the North Side of Chicago that is looking to add Tool & Model Makers to their team on a direct hire basis. Position Overview As a Tool & Model Maker, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining complex tooling, fixtures, and models used in precision manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work with tight tolerances.
