About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Grass Valley, California, 95945!

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Grass Valley, CA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images and support patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (R) and ARRT (CT) verification.
• Valid California Radiologic Technologist license.
• California Fluoroscopy permit.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Preferred experience with Siemens and GE CT equipment.
• Ability to provide two supervisory references at time of submittal: one within 12 months and one within 3 years (charge accepted).
• Completion of required orientation and modules prior to assignment start. (Modules average 6 hours; orientation 12 hours.)

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift pattern: 3x12.
• Typical shift length: 12 hours.
• Common shift hours: AM examples 07:00–19:30 or 08:30–21:00; PM/Graveyard example 19:00–07:30.
• Current need: primarily Thursday–Saturday; schedule may change.
• No on-call requirement.
• Charting system: Cerner.
• Orientation hours: 12.
• Floating: candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
