Job Summary:
If you can run a lab like a well-oiled machine while keeping quality tighter than a sealed specimen container, this role has your name on it. As an MLS Lab Manager, you’ll lead the team, oversee operations, and make sure every test result is accurate, timely, and trustworthy. Basically, you’re the brains and the backbone of the lab.
