Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for, preferably within one location. License: Must have a valid Ohio license or compact state license. Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Must-Have: - 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Tele experience, travel experience will suffice. - Must work every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments must be passed during orientation. - No open background check cases or license hits accepted. Description: Position available for a Med/Surg/Tele Registered Nurse. Looking for someone who is capable of floating to various units to care for a similar patient population. Shifts will be on a rotating schedule, alternating between night and day. Shifts may be variable based on operational needs of the facility. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation is required to pass. References from supervisors or managers in the specialty must be provided. All required certifications need to be active with no pending issues. Exemptions for nicotine-free requirements are temporary and may change. Module completion required prior to start, with a standard time frame for additional training.
