It also welcomes a growing number of international students, creating a diverse learning environment that broadens perspectives and supports the school’s goal of preparing students to connect with the world as global citizens.ResponsibilitiesTeach college-level Psychology classes and support students’ language developmentPlan lessons and prepare teaching materials aligned with program outcomesDesign and administer assessments including examsComplete grading and provide timely feedbackMaintain accurate teaching records and follow academic requirementsParticipate in meetings and coordinate with relevant departments as neededSupport a positive classroom environment and student engagementQualificationsMaster’s degree or aboveAt least 2 years of teaching experienceCollege-level teaching experience preferredTEFL or TESOL certificate requiredExperience teaching university students preferredSalary and benefitsMonthly base salary of 16,000 to 18,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experienceSalary increase may be offered based on qualifications and experienceRound-trip airfare reimbursement from home country to China up to CNY 14,000Travel allowance CNY 2,000–6,000 per academic year based on qualificationsOvertime allowance CNY 150–300 per hour based on tasks and qualificationsOne month paid holiday around February during Spring Festival plus other non-work holidaysApartment provided close to or on campus with free rent or rental allowanceHealth insurance provided with premium cap of CNY 10,000 per academic yearCovers hospitalization and inpatient fees
