Key responsibilities Oversee the post-production process for testimonial ads and marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery of publish-ready content Implement AI-assisted editing workflows to optimize throughput and maintain compliance with production standards Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction and ad testing priorities, while consistently hitting output targets Required qualifications 3+ years of professional video editing experience, particularly in direct-response or performance marketing content Proven experience with AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a plus Experience editing testimonial, interview, or event footage at high volume Understanding of direct-response ad structure, including hooks and CTAs
