The representative will focus on building client relationships, engaging with potential clients, and educating them about Colonial Life’s workplace benefits. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new accounts, presenting tailored benefit solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to provide ongoing client support. The role involves participation in sales strategy development and execution while ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer engagement.
