Our team is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a professional commercial construction superintendent who can help us achieve our goals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee the ground-up development of a 27-unit affordable housing complex. The project consists of three levels of wood-frame construction over a concrete podium, with basement-level parking. This is a full-cycle role from site mobilization through final punch and turnover. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff. Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and reports using Procore. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues. Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics. Monitor project schedule and proactively address delays or issues. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multi-family residential projects, preferably affordable housing. Proven experience with ground-up construction, including podium and stick-frame structures. OSHA 30-Hour Certification required. Proficient in Procore for project documentation and communication. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes. Requirements Preferred: Experience working with public agencies or affordable housing developers. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. First Aid/CPR certification.
