Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Corporate Paralegal for a rapidly growing, mission-driven Am Law firm client. This is a fully remote position based within the United States. POSITION OVERVIEW This Corporate Paralegal role supports a dynamic legal and compliance team with a focus on corporate governance, regulatory filings, and contract administration. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation across a national organization. PERKS Competitive compensation package including $100K–$130K base salary plus bonus Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy Comprehensive benefits package supporting health, wellness, and financial goals Opportunity to make a visible impact within a high-growth national organization Collaborative, mission-driven culture with strong growth and advancement potential RESPONSIBILITIES Draft, review, and manage contracts, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance Support regulatory filings and interface with agencies, including state-level compliance requirements Prepare and manage corporate governance documents and entity registrationsConduct due diligence and support legal research and special projects Maintain organized documentation systems and manage contract and compliance records Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align legal, operational, and business needs QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal or legal operations role within a law firm or corporate environment Strong knowledge of contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with document management systems, e-signature tools, and productivity software Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers a competitive base salary range of $100,000–$130,000, plus bonus potential and a strong benefits package.
