Overview Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a
Dental Assistant to join our team, supporting one dedicated provider while enjoying variety across two office locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who values consistency with a provider but also likes a dynamic work environment.
Schedule & Location - Monday through Friday schedule
- 2 days per week in Waunakee
- 3 days per week in Middleton
- Specific days and hours to be determined
Schedule (days/hours) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-1pm (hours may vary)
Responsibilities - Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories
- Take dental radiographs as needed
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and create a positive patient experience
- Collaborate with team members across both location
Qualifications - Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
- Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Compensation $22-$23/hr
