Fitness Coach - Retro Fitness

This is more than just a training role-you'll work closely with members to build sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, and recovery. We're looking for coaches who enjoy building relationships, educating others, and supporting long-term progress.

What You'll Do

• Lead personalized coaching sessions focused on strength, movement, and overall fitness
• Support members with basic nutrition and recovery guidance (within scope)
• Create individualized programs based on goals, experience level, and lifestyle
• Build positive, motivating relationships with members
• Track progress and adjust plans to support continued results
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment
• Greet and assist members, providing a welcoming and supportive experience
• Support daily club operations, including scheduling and member services

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and motivated coach who enjoys working with people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for helping others build long-term, healthy habits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Current Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before hire)
