Role: Housekeeping Manager - Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Medical District - UIC

What You'll Do:
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver spotless guest rooms and sparkling public spaces
• Hire, train, and develop team members - creating a positive, productive, and engaged culture
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure brand standards and cleanliness goals are exceeded
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and department budgets with precision and creativity
• Be the go-to partner for maintenance, front office, and operations to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Own guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness - and celebrate success when your team shines!

Who You Are:
• A hospitality enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, and previous leadership experience
• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leader who sets the tone and leads by example
• Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed cleanliness standards and guest expectations
• A great communicator who inspires your team and works well with cross-functional departments
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces the dynamic energy of hotel life
• Experience with Hilton or other branded select-service hotels is a bonus
