Part Time QuickBooks Bookkeeper

We are a growing  Home Improvement Store seeking a  reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with strong experience using  QuickBooks Desktop .

This position is  part-time (Monday–Friday)and ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and experienced in managing company financial records.

Responsibilities

·         Reconcile daily payments and deposits.

·         Manage and maintain company financial records in QuickBooks.

• Enter and organize invoices, payments, expenses and job details.
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial accuracy.
• Track project invoices and payments.
• Assist with financial reports when needed.
• Communicate with management regarding financial status and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong bookkeeping or finance background.
• Very  detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to  focus, track details, and keep accurate records.
• High level of  trust, reliability, and integrity.
• Experience with  accounts receivable and accounts payable preferred.
• Prior experience working with  retail sales, construction and service, is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• Half Day (Part-Time)

Pay: From $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
