Job Description

What’s most important to you?  A fast-paced, dynamic workplace with good teamwork?  Having autonomy to grow your career?  Or making a meaningful impact?
How about all of the above?  If you’re nodding, we are looking for you to join Team Rebo as a 2nd Shift Production Operator! (3pm-11:15pm)
A BIT ABOUT US
We are Rebo, and we provide interior and exterior automotive and electronics lighting solutions – both traditional and new concepts that we are excited to design and make!  We are developing new technologies which help drive the future of electric vehicles, including charge status indicators as well as using light in new ways to improve safety and design.  The opportunities to solve both practical customer needs and deliver enhanced features are endless.
Here, you'll discover that we aim to help turn your passion into a rewarding profession. We value your hard work, integrity and commitment to make things better and we put our people first by offering benefits that support your life and well-being.  We strive to create a culture of learning and opportunity, and most importantly, an environment where you can feel connected to your work every day.  We have our sights set on exciting things ahead, and we need top talent like YOU to help us get there!
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Assemble and inspect the production of automotive lighting products, reinspecting work as needed.
  • Use IATF 16949 and ISO14001 disciplines; ensure product conforms to established production specifications.
  • Communicate opportunities observed to improve safety, quality, and production processes which can reduce injuries, scrap or production losses.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work areas.
  • Work safely, adhering to the facility’s quality, environmental, health and safety policies and documented work instructions.
  • All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Team Leader, Area Operations Supervisor, Process Manager, or the Director of Operations.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • You’re comfortable with working overtime as needed, including weekends when necessary.
  • You’re able to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
  • You have basic math skills.
  • You are accountable and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised.
  • You are stoked by challenges, pushing to create something new – never settling simply for “the way it’s always been done.”
  • You find new and effective ways to streamline processes for maximum efficiency without cutting corners on safety and quality.
  • You are a self-driven team player with a can-do attitude ready to step up and help others without being asked.
  • You’re organized, highly efficient and know how to develop specific goals and prioritize with minimal supervision.
  • You have excellent dexterity with high attention to detail to efficiently make the product within customer specs the first time.
  • You love a fast paced air conditioned work environment!
  • You are capable of performing the essential functions of the job which at times may include for example lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
BE ON TEAM REBO, AND YOU’LL ENJOY
  • A competitive benefits package and a starting pay rate of $17.48/hour plus a $.40/hour shift differential, with the opportunity to advance
  • We offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas
  • Matching 401k
  • Employee discounts
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • …and SO much more!
