While the position is fully remote, the firm will only consider candidates physically based in North Carolina and the Southeast Region. Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 401k at a 5% Match PTO: Flexible Time Off Career Growth Path toward Upper Management Work Schedule Normal Season: 40 Hours Busy Season: 50-55 Hours Post April 15 post the next 4 weeks: 36-Hour work week with Fridays Off then after those 4 weeks, the office closes at 12:30pm on Friday.
